SHIPPING & RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

We hope that you love all your purchases from Alibi Boutique / UpTown Chic Boutique & Gifts. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online and in-store purchases are only offered STORE CREDIT if returned within 10 business days of your receipt of the purchase. After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible for return. We do not issue cash/card refunds to your original payment method.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged while in-transit to us.

Please email us at uptownchicnb@gmail.com to inform us of a return request. Once your return request has been approved, we will process a store credit. Please do not send back a return until it has been approved.

For returns, please ship your item to 339 Main Plaza New Braunfels, Texas 78130. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item. All items must be returned to us in the condition you received it. Items must be in their unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition with tags still attached, within 10 days from your receipt of the purchase.

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at uptownchicnb@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for store credit:

Any item that was purchased with a discount code/promotion/sale items
Any and all sale items
Any items that were purchased at our Holiday Market Shows
Jewelry
Intimates (bralettes and bodysuits)
Bath/Body products
Holiday themed items

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed. All packages are mailed via USPS. You will receive an email containing tracking information once your package has been shipped. We charge a flat $8 shipping rate.

We are not responsible for a customer selecting the incorrect shipping method at checkout or entering the incorrect shipping address. Please make sure all information is correct before submitting your order at www.shopalibianduptownchic.com.

**Please note due to COVID-19 and USPS your package may experience shipping delays.**

**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.**

STORE PICK UP

For our local customers, we offer store pick up. If you wish to choose this as an option, please select "store pick up" at checkout. If you select "store pick up" at checkout, your order will be available for pick up at Alibi Boutique located at 339 Main Plaza in New Braunfels, TX. We will either give you a call or send you an email once your order is ready to be picked up.
